Welcome to PawPal! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

PawPal is a platform that connects dog owners with trusted dog walkers. We provide scheduling, communication, and payment tools, but we are not direct employers of walkers.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings and payments are handled through the PawPal app or website.
Walkers set their availability, and users can book based on preferences.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable.

4. Walkers

Walkers on PawPal are independent contractors.
We perform background checks and review profiles before they join the platform.
PawPal is not responsible for actions taken by walkers outside of the platform.

5. User Responsibilities

Ensure your dog is safe, healthy, and up-to-date on vaccinations.
Provide all necessary information to your walker (e.g., leash location, behavioral notes).
Be respectful in communication with walkers and other users.

6. Liability

While we do our best to provide safe services, PawPal is not liable for:

Injuries to your pet during a walk,
Loss or damage caused by third parties,
Technical issues with the app or website.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We never sell your information. We only share it with your matched walker for the purpose of the walk.

8. Account Termination

PawPal reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in harmful behavior.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
