All walkers are carefully screened through a thorough background check, including criminal history and professional references. We also ensure they have previous experience with dogs and a strong understanding of dog behavior.

You can cancel or reschedule walks directly in the app. We ask for at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid any charges. Changes made within the notice period will be fully refunded.

Yes! Our app features real-time GPS tracking. You can monitor your dog’s walk, see the route, and get updates throughout the walk. You’ll know exactly where your dog is at all times.

Rain or shine, your walk will go ahead as planned unless there are extreme conditions (e.g., thunderstorms). Our walkers are well-equipped to handle light rain. If conditions change, you’ll be notified and can reschedule the walk if needed.

We understand that not all dogs bond immediately. If your dog isn't comfortable, let us know! We'll work with you to find another walker who is a better fit for your dog’s personality and needs.

Yes! We highly recommend arranging a meet & greet before the first walk. This allows you to meet the walker, ask any questions, and see how they interact with your dog.

Payments are processed securely through the app. You can add your payment method, and charges will be automatically billed after each walk. No need to carry cash or worry about tipping — it's all included!
