Welcome to La Tavola’s website. By making a reservation, placing a pre-order, or purchasing event tickets, you agree to the following terms.

1. Reservations

  • Please arrive on time for your booking. Tables will be held for 15 minutes before being released.

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders must be placed at least 24 hours before your booking.

  • Any changes to pre-orders should be requested via email or phone.

3. Event Tickets

  • All ticket purchases are final unless the event is canceled by us.

  • If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely via our payment partners.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to guests who behave inappropriately or disrupt the experience for others.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during your visit.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the revised terms.
